Joseph Celano, pastor of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Parish in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and Mr. Neal Vartanian, a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish in Old Bridge, N.J.  Frs. Toborowsky and Celano discussed work being done in parishes to reach out to Catholics who don’t practice their faith, and Mr. Vartanian explained how a program in his parish brought him back to an active life in the Roman Catholic Church.
